Reporting to the Enspire Business Development Partner, the Enspire Business Development Vice President grows Enspire revenue and momentum, develops a channel partner ecosystem, and negotiates & manages revenue. You build trust-based relationships at executive levels, demonstrate product expertise, and bring a depth of industry expertise proven to close revenue.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Execute revenue growth goals of $500,000 in Year 1 and $1M by Year 2
  • Execute strategy Sales Plan and milestones
  • Consistently ensuring Salesforce is updated (daily) with sales activity
  • Master Enspire Platform features, functions and how to communicate capabilities via demo
  • Establish trust-based relationship with client prospects from generating the lead to close
  • Lead sales negotiations with enterprise targets and executive level stakeholders (C-suite, HR, Safety, IT, and Corporate Comms) across multiple industries
  • Facilitate positive transition to Enspire Operations and Digital Strategy Teams for Client implementation.
  • Manage broker and vendor channel partners to identify prospects and close revenue
  • Demonstrate expertise in industry trends and competitive landscape (for strategic planning and forecasting)



Enspire Business Development Vice President needs to have the following skills: 5+ years of proven success selling into the benefits/HR space with a proven track record of sales quota achievement, depth of expertise in US employee benefits and healthcare space, trustworthy partner, strong negotiation strategy, proven revenue growth results, innate drive, strong interpersonal communication, ability to work and communicate with the general public, ability to multi-task project management, confidence to lead prospect meetings and demos by video, open to change and learning new technology.
Must maintain HIPAA certification.
