Enspire Volunteers at CommunityFirst! Villages in Austin, Texas

Our company name, Enspire, means to “Inspire Everyone”.” We believe it is the PEOPLE we meet along the way that matter most in this life. Enspire invests in personal and professional transformation so each person on our team can create beyond what we can imagine together. Our work with Enspire creates a ripple effect as we invest in each person we meet through our work and life experiences.

In May 2022, Enspire employees lent a hand to the incredible mission of CommunityFirst! Village in Austin, Texas.

CommunityFirst! Village provides affordable, permanent housing and a supportive community for men and women coming out of chronic homelessness. A development of Mobile Loaves & Fishes, this transformative residential program exists to love and serve our neighbors who have been living on the streets, while also empowering the surrounding community into a lifestyle of service with the homeless.

Enspire Experience

“I’ve seen CommunityFirst! Village underway for nearly 20 years in Austin and am so excited that Enspire and our team could contribute toward this incredible momentum in our world,” says Amanda.

CommunityFirst! Village volunteers create a sense of home for formerly homeless neighbors. Volunteers provide much-needed support to various programs that engage neighbors in dignified work.

While volunteering, Enspire employees helped work in the garden by assisting neighbors with moving soil and landscaping. It was a great way to get to know the neighbors and help the community.

“My volunteer experience at CommunityFirst! Village was extremely rewarding,” recalls Enspire UX Designer Stacy McCallie. “Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I enjoyed serving alongside the residents in the community, hearing their stories and their plans for the future. It was evident that the community is truly changing lives.”

It was a hot, sweaty three hours, but in typical Enspire fashion, everyone chipped in and did a great job!

“I think my favorite part about the whole day was we got to spend time with our team members to accomplish a task that is going to make life easier for our neighbors. Plus, I just really like hard, physical labor ?” shares Kristi Duffett, Enspire Senior Digital Strategist.

We encourage everyone in Austin and beyond to do what you can to take care of our neighbors and support the CommunityFirst! Village!
