At a kickoff meeting, Enspire instructional designers, content developers, technology developers, project managers, and multimedia designers collaborate with you to develop an instructional design strategy aligned with your business objectives. After the kickoff, we create a project plan. Enspire's content team collects relevant project materials, engages subject matter experts, and develops concept and design documents. The team may create a prototype of your e-learning solution. Iterative reviews ensure your input and visibility in the design process.
  2. Content Development
    During the content development phase, Enspire's instructional designers, writers, and multimedia artists collaborate to create storyboards of the finished product. Storyboards display initial sketches of the final multimedia alongside the complete narration text. For projects involving high levels of interactivity or simulations, detailed flowcharts, data models, and technical specifications are also developed.
  3. Multimedia Development
    During this phase, Enspire's multimedia designers transform storyboards and technical specifications into high quality multimedia, incorporating the multimedia assets that best match your needs, from animations and information graphics to audio, video, and photos. Simulations and games are prototyped, tested, and polished.
  4. Implementation
    In the final phase of the project, the application is prepared for launch. Based on your requirements, Enspire's technology team integrates the application into the LMS or IT infrastructure, or provides hosting using Enspire's LMS platform. Enspire also offers ongoing technical support for each project.
  5. Technology Development
    Enspire's technology team works closely with your team to ensure that the finished course meets the technical requirements of the project. This process starts at project kickoff, continues as interactivity is programmed, and finishes as the course is integrated into your LMS or IT system.
  6. Project Management and Quality Assurance
    Throughout the development process, Enspire's producers carefully manage each phase, ensuring visibility and timely completion of the project. At each phase, course material goes through a rigorous quality assurance and iterative feedback process.
