Enspire's Executive Challenge™ Named in Top 5 Training Products of 2005

Innovative Leadership Development Simulation is Given Top Industry Accolade

Austin, TX - Thursday, October 20, 2005 - Enspire Learning's multiplayer leadership simulation, Executive Challenge™, has been named one of the five Top Training Products of 2005 by Human Resource Executive magazine. After months of carefully reviewing entries and observing live product demonstrations, the editors of Human Resource Executive announced their decision.

Executive Challenge was developed throughout 2004 and released last October to enthusiastic reviews. The simulation is focused on building and improving leadership, communication, and teamwork competencies. As participants make real-world business decisions both individually and collaboratively, Executive Challenge provides a powerful platform for heightened self awareness - and ultimately behavioral change. The game play unfolds in a blended learning environment designed strategically to prompt challenging interactions and high-pressure decision making. The awards were presented during the 8th Annual HR Technology Conference on Wednesday, October 19. Enspire was also honored with this distinction in 2002 for its Global Supply Chain Management Simulation.

This award is augmented by two other recent honors. Enspire's six-module e-learning initiative for SAP was awarded a Gold Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Award (Custom Content Category). In addition, Enspire was named one of the 50 fastest growing companies in Central Texas by the Austin Business Journal, and was the 9th fastest growing in its category.
