Enspire Learning Featured in June Issue of Training Magazine

Austin, Texas - June 23, 2006 - Training Magazine's June 2006 issue featured a piece titled "Even Better Than the Real Thing?" The article provides an extensive discussion on simulation design as an innovative and entertaining training method.

The detailed survey of simulation topics includes expert advice and case studies from across the training industry. Enspire and its CEO Bjorn Billhardt are featured prominently in a section about the importance of feedback in simulation design.

"The real value (of a simulation) comes in when you reflect on what has happened," Billhardt explains to Training Magazine's Senior Associate Editor, Margery Weinstein. "If you have a 10-minute simulation chunk that teaches a very concrete concept, the best way to debrief that is to give people immediate feedback, and say, 'Here's what you did, here's what you should have done, and here's what other people did.' "

Billhardt is quoted in the article alongside such simulation luminaries as Clark Aldrich and Sivasailam Thiagarajan. You can browse the June Issue online (June 2006 Table of Contents), but a subscription is required.
